Just to let you know how much working with you has meant to me. Years ago, we moved from our house to a condo and put the house for sale. The Realtor had someone stage the house. The dining room was staged with a card table with a table cloth, and a container of dried stems in the corner. Photos did not show the good features of the house.
After a couple months, a friend called from California to say her brother-in-law had a house in Monkton
they could not sell until someone told him about your company. She said, "You have got to call this lady. She intervened and gave my number to Cindy Riley, who called, and was very impressive.

We made the decision to sell my parents' condo on our own and save the real estate agent fees. It's a seller's market, how hard could it be? We had a buyer, a signed contract, inspections done, even a tentative settlement date. Out of the blue, the sellers backed out, seems they found another property over the weekend. They used the wording in the contract to get out of the sale, even though we had been in constant contact with them and those issues weren't an issue....until they were. Most realtors probably would not want us for a client. We had considerations like home office, budget, in-law quarters, and four young kids. And the market still had not recovered from the crash of 2008. Nobody thought it was going to be easy. But the Riley-Maher team took us on and did an amazing job.
Some of their recommendations seemed counter-intuitive to us novices at the time, but we learned to trust their insight as we saw it work. When we made the changes to the house as they suggested, we got multiple offers within 48 hours. When we sold the house before buying the next one, our negotiation power increased. When we followed their pace in the negotiation process, we ended up getting more than we expected. They even managed to accommodate multiple requests for showings over several months when finding the right home felt impossible.
I’m sure there are other good realtors out there who will write a good contract, or help you find a home inspector, or even get you a good price.
